FIND YOUR NICHE, WE’RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!

No believer is permitted to be jobless or unemployed in this end-time. There are lots of employment opportunities out there in God’s kingdom and the Lord of the harvest never owes. God is installing people in the education sector, banking sector, media, entertainment, business, governance, science and tech, even religious sector. Your prosperity as a believer in these last days is guaranteed on the field of your assignment.

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.
John 4:35‭-‬38 KJV

There are many believers today who are on an eternal student syndrome towards the pursuit of their God-given call/assignment on earth. Eternal student syndrome is when you spend your entire life preparing and preparing and never really launching out into execution stage.

When it comes to the things of the kingdom, many look forward to an imaginary time when they would eventually launch out in their assignments.

Are you one of those saying, there is time; there are still four months to go before harvest. Well, no! The bible says “Now is the time, Lift up your eyes and look for the fields are white already with the harvest”. You ought to be in there! In fact, we are on the verge of losing our harvest due to over-ripening eventual decay, if we do not launch in now.

Is it that urgent? Oh yes, it is!

Salient Points Of Note:

1. Everyone has been assigned a field: “Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest”.

The scripture says “look on the ‘fields’, not look on the ‘field’ “. There are many fields and portions and God has assigned every believer to one field or the other. Your field is the place of assignment God has given to you. In a race, no matter how you run, if you are not in your own lane, there is no prize for you in the end. The bible says we are in a race and we must run lawfully – according to the rules. So also, no matter the work you do on earth, if you leave your field, your portion and work some other man’s field, you have no reward.

2. Your field is a ministry: Your field speaks about your niche, your sphere, where God has planted you to harvest souls. Every one of us has been called to the ministry of reconciliation as the Bible says. We must note that a ministry does not just speak about a one-time event, of one-on-one soul-winning, no!  A ministry speaks of a lifetime commitment or call, a career, a profession in itself. It refers to a lifetime profession geared towards reconciling men to God. What it means is that just as the five-fold pulpit ministers – the Pastor, the Apostle, the Teacher, the Prophet, the Evangelist though they may engage of course in one-on-one evangelism as a daily habit, they have an office to which they have been called as ministers. They give it a professional approach. Some have denominations they have been called to start and pastor or lead, they have a growth plan, they are leaders of multitudes, some are called to establish revivals via crusades, travelling the world for Christ with very tight itineraries  – you see, the ministry call is a career in itself.

Hence every believer called to the ministry of reconciliation is also called to a lifetime office and role in the kingdom. It does not just refer to the one time events of one-on-one evangelism which we do as a habit. Your field is a calling to your own office and pulpit in a career approach. Many are called into offices in the marketplace. Some are Christian scientists and engineers called to preach the gospel via science and technology, some are called into teh educational sector to mount their pulpit there bringing God back into our schools, some are called to the field of media, some are called to the field of entertainment, some are called to focus on rebuilding our family structures, some are called strictly to the religious pulpits to teach the truth in the church (the five-fold ministers), some are called to the field of academia world, some to the field of politics and governance to establish rigteousness of Go over entore states and nations, some are called to the business sector to harvest souls in that field and reclaim the wealth for the church, financing the gospel too.

3. We are in the season of Harvest: Jesus says the fields are white with the grains already. In God’s timepiece, we are in the season of harvest. And God as a matter of urgency is employing harvesters to their various fields so His harvests do not waste.

It’s a glorious thing to be in the harvest, the work of harvest is never half as tedious as the work of planting and sowing.

It’s a time to smile, a time of reaping, a time of rewards yet if not done quickly, all could become waste. God is committed hence to employing harvesters.

4. Your prosperity is guaranteed on your field: No believer is permitted to be jobless or unemployed in this end-time. There are lots of employment opportunities out there in God’s kingdom and the Lord of the harvest never owes. The bible says the kingdom of God is like a man who had large fields, he went out and everywhere he encountered idle men, he employed them to work in his fields. And at the end, everyone got handsomely paid.

God is installing people in the education sector, banking sector, media, entertainment, business, governance, science and tech, even religious sector. Your prosperity as a believer in these last days is guaranteed on the field of your assignment.

As a believer, are you jobless, wallowing in poverty, living from hand to mouth, scuffling your way through life; it is not God’s will for you. Seek first the kingdom of God – your field assignment, locate your pulpit call, dust yourself up, get in there and be employed in your field. In the kingdom and especially these last days, we don’t toil for money, we just seek the kingdom in obedience to His call and all other things that men are dying for, gets added in our payslip.

The big jobs, big businesses, management roles answer to believers gainfully employed for the kingdom in their fields. Give your career a kingdom approach for once and see God step in.

We shall be talking more about how to recognize our individual fields and what makes for success in our fields – the place of the anointing and God’s plan for transferring the anointing to us for our field-work, the place of mentorship, the voice of the Holy Spirit and prompt obedience.

“One soweth, and another reapeth. He has called us to reap that whereon we bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”

The time, however, is short! Nothing else will ever be more fulfilling! Make a project to seek God’s face on your role, align your life to it and get busy for the kingdom, it’s an exciting time for the church – the fields are white with the harvest. Hallelujah!
