THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM

We are in the last days – no doubt. I sense it and I know it like many other believers around the world do. And the signs of the end time written out in scriptures are all around us.

There are false christs and prophets, wars and rumours of wars, famines and economic hardship, earthquakes of unusually high magnitudes, unprecedented waves of civilized persecution of the Christian faith, a great abounding of iniquity to the extent that preaching righteousness or even morality is seen as abnormal, shameful and fast becoming a punishable crime.

Morality seems to be taking on new definitions as there is a very deliberate and conscious effort especially by the West, to wipe out the concept called immorality from the vocabulary of the upcoming generation, so just everything is right and man is free to do what ever he feels pleasured to do at his will. This can only be the beginning of a generation of mankind that would perfectly fit into the very enemies of God described in the Book of Revelations. Amidst all these, Jesus gave the church a very very definite assurance. “Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world”. Hallelujah!

Despite all these happenings, Christ declared in Matthew 24:6

“…for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”

So, when will the end come? Of course Jesus said no one as at then knew, save the Father. However, He gave just one criteria for the end to come, saying:

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then the end shall come.” – Matthew 24:14

For many of us faithful believers looking up with folded hands waiting for that great day of Christ’s return, I have news for you: Christ never told us to wait for His return. Instead He said, “Occupy till I come” (Luke 19:13). We are called to keep busy at His assignment, the closer His appearing draws near. And our misunderstanding of this has delayed His coming till date. “Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing“(not so waiting). (Matthew 24:46). What are we called to do? To preach this gospel of the Kingdom “in” (and not “to”) all the world.

THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM

Gospel speaks about good news – news of salvation, deliverance, a way of escape etc. A kingdom speaks about a country. A kingdom is known by its culture, language, lifestyle, dress code etc. It was the message of the kingdom that Jesus was refering to when He prayed,

“Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (ie according to heaven’s culture, government, language, lifestyle, economy etc).

This is the gospel of the kingdom. That God created the heavens and sent His son, Adam to colonize the earth on His behalf. To rule the earth in love like He rules heaven in love. To duplicate on earth, the same effects as it is in heaven. Man was given that perfect niche called Eden. A represnetation of heaven on earth. And Adam was coronated as the junior god under the authority for the Soverighn God of heaven, to replenish the earth with the project Eden. Replenish means to spread, refill, refresh the earth with project Eden! He was to extend that heavenly environment to the ends of the earth. Making the earth and indeed the entire universe, colonies of heaven where all of creation call live under heaven’s commonwealth and glory, but man lost it all the day he committed treason in yielding all that power and authority to that cursed angel of darkness – the devil. Man lost the kingdom. And from that day, the earth inherited the curse upon that dark angelic creature. However, the gospel is that Jesus has brought us back into that kingdom and set us in Him in heavenly places to reign again in life and replenish the earth with heaven’s atmosphere.

The gospel of the Kingdom is that Jesus restored us to fellowship with the Father and the father as given us that mandate to once again restore the Kingdom, the Edenic project in all works of life where we find ourselves. And creation has been waiting for these sons of God to manifest since. Now is the time! Hallelujah!

It is the reason why most things have decayed this much. It’s the reason there’s so much darkness in the world today. Terrorism, insecurity, immorality, financial crises, political instability etc. Because the devil has nothing but darkness to offer. The more the world rejects Jesus, the more the darkness thickens. Isaiah called it “gross darkness”. But praise God, for the usefulness of light is most appreciated in the darkest of nights! Now is our light more relevant than any other time in history. It is our season, The gospel of the Kingdom! In economy, in politics and governance, in religion, in media, technology, industry etc. and it takes men of Issachar that understand this revelation, this new move to be a part. Hallelujah!

…SHALL BE PREACHED “IN” ALL THE WORLD…

Jesus Christ did not say, “Shall be preached to…” This was deliberate. All other revival moves of God have been the church preaching to. All along we have clinged to our pulpits while we preach to the world out there. Trying to correct them, trying to intervene with words only when things get bad. But Jesus is saying, it is the season when my sons shall go into all the world. Hence, God is raising an army that shall march into the fields to get their hands on deck. Believers who will march into the fields of education and rescue our kids for Christ, who will come up with ground breaking scientific and academic discoveries. Apostles in the economic and business field who will salvage nations from economic recession with divine ideas like Joseph did. Apostles who will storm the media world, the world of politics and governance, Arts and Culture and so on.

My dear, this is why it is an aberration for fellow Christians to be so quick to condemn the few believers who have dared to march out into this fields to preach the Kingdom right in there. When we see Christians in politics, believers setting the pace with outstanding educational institutions, they need our prayers and encouragement. But what do we do most times, we look out diligently for their errors and whatever we think are their mistakes to verbally crucify them; whereas, it’s okay for unbelievers to run these institutions and influence the world with their ideologies. It’s an error I pray God delivers the church from. It is a stark lack of understanding of the times that makes us lend our voice of condemnation for the devil to use in tearing down those who actually need our prayers out there preaching the Kingdom message in all the world. Mind you, the devil is out here orchestrating their downfall to ensure he quenches their light and we empower his efforts. No! We owe them our prayers, encouragement, support. We should pray for them and not be the first to condemn believers out there in the worlds. It is God’s arrangement to plant men who will preach the gospel of the Kingdom “in” all these worlds of human endeavour (not just “to” but “in” all the worlds). 

The end time revival will not just be spare headed only from the pulpit via minsters in the Five fold ministry but equally by men of God right there in the midst of the darkness in the market place, the political arena, the deteriorated educational sector, in media world, in Entertainment industry, in economic sector, in religion with mega churches that walls and buildings will not be able to contain. It is a gospel that all creation has been waiting for. Waiting for a manifestation of sons of the kingdom. Hallelujah!

And Jesus said “All the world“, meaning no niche will be left untouched! This is a season of glory for the church and I wish every believer will understand this. Praise God!

…FOR A WITNESS UNTO ALL NATIONS

Why is God bringing up this gospel of the kingdom? Why all these kingdom influence in this last days? Jesus Christ said that it shall be for a witness unto all nations. Oh! How much God so loves mankind HE gave His only Son, Jesus. And HE would not let any man perish without as much witness and proofs of His kingdom. A witness is one who can give a firsthand account of something seen, heard, or experienced in attestation to a fact. Before unleashing judgement on the world, our Merciful God is bent on ensuring He does everything possible to convince the world, to draw their attention one last time. And HE is doing this via this end time revival across all works of life. To the scientists, God is sending Christian scientist whose divinely inspired scientific discoveries will line up with biblical truths.

I see an outpouring of the spirit of knowledge in this last days to aid believers stand out in their career fields. Setting them as pace setters in the market place, solving global and localized problems. It’s a rise of Christian giants solving unemployment problems, insecurity problems etc and men who are seeking for truth will begin to run into the church. Haha! I’m so excited. That’s what Isaiah saw when he said “And it shall come to pass that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. 

Oh Hallelujah! For men shall see the light and be won to the kingdom. So, it is God intention to raise up witnesses (proofs) in all niches! And He will be counting on us. That dream, that vision, those career ideas that have refused to leave your heart and mind, ask God to expound them. Many of them are divinely inspired. For scripture says in this last days, amidst prophecies, young men of God shall see visions – divine ideas. Hallelujah! These visions are God’s unfolding of the role He will have us play in these areas. 

Brethren, it not time to play church. The reason you are experiencing that call into the secret place is in preparation for your role in this rise of giants. God is counting on men full of the Spirit of God! Men who will do business in the Kingdom way. Men who will realize their education, their skills, their career as ministry platforms. These are the men God is raising. The best thing you can for your career is to align it as a ministry tool to promote the Kingdom. For there is an unprecedented wave of blessings and glory and supernatural help coming upon career and businesses aligned for this reason.It is indeed the season to seek first the Kingdom of God with all we live for. I tell you, I have seen this move already begin of which I am a living witness in my own little way now. And how I look forward to what the future holds. I have had talks with believers here and there and I tell you the stirring has already begun. Praise God!

AND THEN THE END SHALL COME

We are the ones to hasten the return of Christ, when we have thus played our part. For every new move of God had to be prayed down by men of God who understood the times and God eventually always used such men in executing that new move. And I believe the return of Christ, and all events of the last days, though no one may know the exact timing but, via the Spirit of God, men shall be stirred up to pray down these moves of God.

It is time to wake up and watch with Christ, this last one hour.

In conclusion, I want you to know; it is not as though all the earth will turn to God and repent, but God is keen on harvesting a large harvest. For John declared in Rev 7:9
“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands”. Yes many may end in hell but Heaven will not be as scanty as some of us have preached. For in this revival many shall be turned to righteousness – as many as seek the truth.

Howbeit, many shall purposefully fight the truth. For Christ said in John 3:19,
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. World systems will try to fight the church like is already happening with modern day civilization. They would see proofs and yet persecute the church out of hatred for God. Some believers may have have to go through jails and other persecutions in the name of erroneous human right laws that are anti-Christian but Christ said “Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world”. For yet the wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, those that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever! 

It may be the darkest of times for the world, but this is the most glorious of times for the church and in this move, you have a slot. 

Do not neglect any call you sense on your life. Do not ignore His voice to draw close. For God is meeting men and women in their secret place. HE is recruiting members of this great army as the world has never seen before. Men and women of the Spirit who will preach this message of the Kingdom in the world out there through their career, businesses, skills and so on. In all these things, your slot has been written out in scriptures! We must engage the Holy Spirit to reveal your role to us. The secret is sensitivity, obedience and yielding to His leading. For the sons shall manifest and as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
